Situated in the heart of Surabaya's business district, just a 5-minute drive from Grand City Mall and a 10-minute drive from Gubeng Train Station, HARRIS Hotel & Conventions Gubeng offers a 24-hour front desk and an outdoor pool. Not far from venue

Small, cramped, there was a blind but no curtain, ac didn’t function well, television were on soon we open the door, but the other hand, breakfast were good and we’re enjoyed it

Good stay and value for money (come with breakfast)

Friendly staffs, clean and have nice amenities.

May need to change the bedding especially the pillows. Have to take a step to get into toilet and accident may happen if not careful.

Old facilities. Pillow case looked stained. Ants running around the drink area.

Gorgeous view of Surabaya. Accommodating staff gave us a connecting room. Overall, quite comfortable.

One of the better hotels in Surabaya!

Rooms are spacious and generally clean. Good central location. Would stay again.

Curtains could use a good cleaning! And it's not cheap, but the quality is there. For English speaking guests there will be a language barrier, as lots of Indonesians do not speak English very well. This is reflected in the staff..

Good bed, cool aircon, the bathroom need an update

The bed is very comfortable. The air con is a haven for Surabaya heat. The staff was friendly. The room size leaves a lot of room to breathe.

Bathroom is not very clean, I can see some dark spots that need hard scrubs. And it smells of urine at times. The kettle need cleaning it was too dirty was afraid of using it.

Amazing and fuss-free stay!

Clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable bedding. Friendly staff. While it is located slightly away from the city centre, there are many Go-Jek/ Blue Thunderbird drivers around, hence it is not very inconvenient to travel around.

Won't go again!

Nice room and spacious. Nice pool. Helpful staff.

It was Ramadan and they don't offer spa and massage service! We are tourists. I always leave others live their own beliefs but its not fair that we are on holiday in a TOURIST hotel and they don't do massages or sell alcohol because of Ramadan! its nonsense. So I couldn't order beer, no cocktails and no massages while we were on HOLIDAY! Apart from that we wanted to use the spa and jacuzzi...we had to use SEPARATE jacuzzis! For men only and for women only! Again we are in a tourist Hotel! if they have Muslim beliefs which I accept, they should have done one Jacuzzi for tourists which is mixed and one for men and for woman for their traditions. Simply a no no for me. out dated and a pity for such renowned hotels. Mind you...Ramadan is a whole month...so whole month without these services!

Good stay for work.

Good Breakfast. Comfortable bed. The Loby smelled Nice.

There was a small cockroach on top of the table where they prepared eggs. The water pressure in the shower was very low. Sound proof between rooms is very poor. Can hear people coughing and their phones vibrating on table.

The bed is beyond comfortable, the service offered by the...

The bed is beyond comfortable, the service offered by the staffs was excellent also all the staffs are surprisingly friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection and the WiFi connection are all exceptional. The location is superb.

The mini fridge is not cold enough and the trash bins don’t have any lid.

I stayed on the 12th floor as the comforable room, according to the name of the room, the room is comfortable, the air conditioner is very cold ( I like it very much ), the bathroom is clean, the bed is comfortable, the staff is very friendly, the location of the hotel is strategic, meeting room at 17th floor is nice too, it's very pleasant staying here.

Just filthy!

Not worth its price as the place isn't clean at all. A shower full of mold, stains on the sheets and towels, open electric wires sticking out of the wall in the bathroom. I demanded another room which was even worse. Finally they let me shower in the spa facilities and even there the shower was filthy and broken. All of the €5 homestays I've stayed at were cleaner!

Clean, affordable, thoughtful and has all the facilities you need in a hotel

Room was modern, clean and in decent size. Bed was comfortable, pillow was fluffy and they even provide bolster (very thoughtful for Indonesian travelers who are used to sleeping with bolster). No meaningful noise disturbance during our stay other than kids running in the hallway in the morning. Free WiFi in the room and TV size was big for the room size (again, very thoughtful as some other hotels put a small size TV and made guests uncomfortable watching TV . Bathroom was also clean, water pressure was good, hot water worked. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious with lots of choices of local and international delicacies. Staff was very friendly and attentive even during very busy breakfast time. Pool was nice and clean. Again, friendly staff at the pool area and spa.

WiFi connection was intermittent.

We will always come back to this hotel, it just feels like coming home!

Extremely helpful people at the reception... Very peaceful atmosphere... So easy to get a taxi when you want to go somewhere...

No orange juice during breakfast... I miss some original, traditional Javanese music during breakfast... I think it's not a good idea to only play western music and songs... some traditional instrumental music and songs could add to the atmosphere.
